Counselling and Psychotherapy
Compass Point is a counselling service based in Ross on Wye, providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples, and supervision to counsellors and therapists. Our psychodynamic therapists have many years experience of working with people who bring a wide range of issues. Our therapists are registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists BACP, which is an Accredited Register with the Professional Standards Authority.
You may be looking for support with past or current issues that have affected your life, or you may be struggling with what the future might hold. You might feel that you can’t talk to those close to you about the things that are concerning you. You might not be sure what counselling can offer you, and you may be curious to find out more.
We offer open-ended and time-limited counselling. Our therapists have experience of working with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: trauma, health and illness, abuse, affairs and betrayals, bereavement, grief, bullying, workplace problems, redundancy, anxiety, depression, loneliness, self harm, relationship issues, family issues, separation and divorce, low self confidence, self-esteem issues, identity, sexuality, spirituality, stress, suicidal thoughts, retirement, and work related stress.
